Welcome to the professional website of Paula Chadwick LICSW-VT, LCSW-NJ
This page was created to bring you information, insights, and resources on your journey to healing. It is also here to share with you a little bit about myself and my practice.
Take a look around and please feel free to reach out in the contact box below. Thanks for visiting!
* PLEASE NOTE *
For prior or potential clients – My practice currently has limited availability for Vermont clients. If you are interested please reach out via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in your email: your insurance (company and plan – ex. Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO), the reason you are seeking therapy (you can be as brief or as detailed as you wish), and what your availability is like (ex. weeknights after 5, or availably flexible).
Before reaching out, let me tell you a little bit about what I look for in a client: someone who is ready to make their health & wellness a priority, who understands that therapy is a commitment (usually starting off weekly), who is open-minded, and who is willing to put time and energy into themselves outside of the therapy session as well as in it.
Please note that I only see adults (my experience being primarily with adult women). I am also only doing telehealth sessions at this time (for residents of Vermont or New Jersey). I am not offering in-person sessions.
She-Her / LGTBQ+ / Sex Positive / Kink friendly
Please see my “about” page to see what I specialize in. Please also see my “fees” page to check to see if I take your insurance. (As insurance can be quite confusing to navigate, feel free to ask if you are unsure.) If I do not take your insurance, I can accept PayPal, Venmo, or FSA/HSA cards for direct payment ($120 per session).
If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, feel free to reach out to ask more questions. If you would like to reach out to talk about scheduling, please email me at email@example.com or text at 609-346-5953 to set up a time to talk.
If you need assistance finding another therapist, I would recommend looking at Psychology Today’s website, where you can search for therapists by qualifiers such as zip code, insurance accepted, and types of therapy offered.
This website is not an alternative to individual, family, couple, or group psychotherapy. It’s intention is to provide additional resources for those currently in treatment with a licensed professional. If you are in treatment, and find any of this information to be useful, please share with your practitioner/clinician for continuity of care.
Also, please note that there will be a ton of information here that is linked from other sources. I will try my best to rely on credible sources. Please feel free to contact me with any incorrect information that I can remove or un-link. The beliefs, view, and perspectives of the website moderators, bloggers, and fields of study do not necessarily reflect the beliefs, view, and perspectives that I hold personally or professionally. Please filter through what is relevant to you and don’t be afraid to search for more information on your own.
